Although best known for its effects on respiratory system, it can be responsible for multiple organ damage. Cardiovascular complications are not uncommon meanwhile. However, some cardiac manifestations are also reported, namely: palpitations and chest pain. Acute myocarditis, acute heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, cardiac arrhythmias and thromboembolic events have been the most common cardiovascular complications reported. Meanwhile, more deaths occurred as a result of aortic dissection. Herein, we want to report a silent death in a patient with COVID-19.
