I hold a Post graduate Diploma (PG Dip) and Ph.D. degrees from Aberdeen University (2001, 2006) and MSc from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (1996-1998). I published almost 150 scientific papers and frequently act as member of scientific committees of nutritional conferences and as reviewer for journals etc. I acted as project leader in more than 30 funded research projects.
